Fundei a The Nexo Partnership a partir de uma convicção simples: o desenvolvimento de lideranças só gera valor duradouro quando está conectado ao sistema organizacional em que os líderes atuam. Com mais de 15 anos de experiência em desenvolvimento de lideranças e gestão de talentos em empresas globais, incluindo Deloitte, Takeda e Sanofi, e com atuação na Suíça, na França e no Brasil, desenvolvi uma compreensão aprofundada dos desafios que as organizações enfrentam para desenvolver líderes e gerenciar talentos.
